what is going on

I am 31 yrs old and have been trying to get pregnant for the past 10 months. I have regular menstrual cycles, every 28 days and am never late, each lasting 5-7 days. This past Jan, my period was late by 13 days during which time I was experiencing fatigue ans sore nipples and my breasts began to itch on the sides and was nauseated. The day before I bled I had a long white, creamy secretion. On the day that I did get my period I experienced a sort of popping sensation in my abdomen and had spotting for less than an hour. The next day I began to flow and bled for another day and then it stopped, no tapering off, it was just gone. The next three days my abdomen was bloated and very uncomfotable but not painful and I had to urinate quite frequently. I tested negative for pg. This month my breasts are still bothersome and I am still fatigued and experience lightheadedness from time to time which in turn makes me nauseated. My period is again two days late, seems normal but my breasts are, as they have been for about a month now, driving me up the wall. My question is, has anyone out there experienced anything similar? Is my sudden shift in my pattern something to be concerned about? I have had an ultrasound that shows no cysts and bloodwork that has turned out fine. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
