hi, i have had a vaginal irritation for the past 8 months... its also in my anal region. i have been tested every month with v-prep, and had a pap. last month, and no one has found anything... except once i had bacterial vaginosis, which they treated with an antibiotic. i have tried everything, neosporin, a prescribed antifungul, bathing in vinager, cortozone, even homeopathic sulfur pellets, not wearing underwear, and nothing has brought much relief. there is little to no discharge, and if it is there, its clear to milky white, with no odor. sometimes the area is red, other times it is not. the irritation is kinda burny, sometimes itchy, sometimes feels like internal pain. i have obstained from sex, and it is still present. when i have had sex, ive found it hard to produce lubricant (i use ky jelly in those cases). ive only had sex with one partner, and we have both been screened and have found no STDS (the doctor thought my partner had NGU, but ended up the tests were negative, but we were already been treated for it).... SO! This is a big problem, ive become less active because exercise seems to make it worse. I'm fearful of having sex because i dont want to make the problem worse. Like ive said, its been 8 months, and im worried for my future fertility and sex life, as well as my immediate discomfort.
