This sounds like the natural history of an UNtreated yeast infection. gets better right after period and then comes back with a vengence before the next one. A culture with sensitivity may be indicated to see if you have a diflucan resistant yeast.

Shouldn't make much diference. Have you been tested for diabetes? HIV?

I don't know why 3 cultures are indicated.
