Have you had your menstrual period since the abortion? Perhaps this is your first one? Maybe your body is still 'cleaning' itself. I am not a doctor, and I have never had an abortion (actually ttc right now), so this is just a suggestion. Perhaps you could call your doctor.

I also think that it might be a good idea to wait a few months before ttc again (after an abortion). I know this is often suggested after a miscarriage to allow the body to heal.
