Please Help! Menapause or Pregnant?

I am 38 years old. I have had 5 children, one ectopic pegnancy and four miscarriages. My husband had a vasectomy 7 years ago. I have not had a period since Dec.11. I have very sore breasts with white discharge. I am bloated! I am tired and moody. I have had a couple episodes of light headiness. I feel nauseated also. I have all the signs of pregnancy but took a home pregnancy test just tonight and it was negative. I have had false negatives before. But with my husband having had a vasectomy I didn't think I could get pregnant. Could these all be signs of menapause....I haven't had any hot flashes or anything like that....I just feel pregnant. I do not have medical insurance...does anyone have any ideas on where I could go for help?
