I need your help ASAP

I have been having vaginal burning, I have a raw feeling, but no discharge of any kind, and no bleeding of any kind between periods. Symptoms that have been going on for two + weeks. I went to my family doctor who did a pap smear in order to check me for chlamydia, which she was unable to verify because I bled when she tried to do the test necessary to check for chlamydia. She prescribed a medicine to me that is strictly for chlamydia, which I have not taken because I absolutely know 100% that I could not have chlamydia, especially after researching the symptoms. My symptoms fall more under the category of "vulvitis". I've now lost all faith in my medical doctor and don't like that she prescribed something on assumption instead of testing me another way. Is there another way to be tested for chlamydia? I need to confront my doctor with this issue, but I want to be sure that I can be tested another way to prove to her as well as myself that I don't have chlamydia. The only way possible for me to have it would be if it could be contacted someway other than through sexual contact. No, I'm not living in a dream world, but I know that I absolutely do not have chlamydia, and I don't want it in my medical charts that I was treated for such a disease. Can you please, please offer me any advice or help in regards to this matter? Thank you in advance.
