Spotting/bleeding on day 21

I have always had irregular cycles ranging from 25 days or so to 35 days or so. I gave birth almost a year ago and resumed periods when my son was 9 months old due to breastfeeding. I am still breastfeeding. I had my last period from January 27 to February 1 and since February 17 I have have some spotting and light bleeding. What is this? I have never had mid-cycle bleeding/spotting before, but I don't think I am mid-cycle either. It feels like I am having a period with some slight cramps and headaches. My husband and I had unprotected intercourse on February 1st. Is this a possible pregnancy or is my period just extremely light and early or something else? My periods since resuming periods after giving birth have been 25 days and 36 days.
