I don't know your past gynecological hystory but 15 days before theperiods come the ovulation will occur and a the small decrease in estrogen blood contents leads to a desquamation of the endometrium in some areas just like in the menstrual periods. Don't worry and see what happens in the next cycles. Best Wishes
