Cindy,

When is your post-op appt? If it's in the next few days I would just wait and let the dr do it.

With my last laparoscopy I wasn't allowed to remove the strips. My dr wanted to do that herself.

If the post-op appt is not for a while I would call the dr's office to find out from them how they want you to handle the situation.

If the dr says to just leave it it will start working itself off in a few more days.
