The pap itself was painful (I am a vigin & never had one before) The day of the pap I was feeling some residual pain from it that seemed to be around the cervix and vaginal area. No a serious pain but enough to be uncomfortable. This has continued through the week. Today is Friday and I awoke with a bloated feeling and radiating cramps (not alot of pain) to my hips. I know that its not time for my period and historically I dont have cramps anyways. I dont know if this is normal for a pap smear or not. I would appreciate any advise that you can give.
