After 4 surgeries that was thought to help my lower lumbar pain, a lap, myomectomy, partial hyst and then finally ovary removal, I still have pain. I also have continually UTI'S and microscopic blood in my urine. The several docs I have seen, give me antibiotics for a wk or so and thats it. They never do a recheck. I had an IVP and a Cystoscopy both ok. After each surgery the lumbar pain had disappeared until I had normal bowel movements and then it would start again. The lumbar pain hurts so bad, even the base of my spine hurts, burning feeling. After bowel movements, I have a burning sensation going up my back and sometimes I just have pain in my left side of my back right underneath my ribcage. Could this be a muscle/skelital prob.? Could I have a really bad infection that just isn't taking to wks of antibiotics and need stronger and longer taking medicine. I am just worried this might be affecting my kidney. The discomfort on the left side upwards in my back is right by my kidney. No one can figure this out. Also, could I have bacteria in my bowels thats causing the burning. I had a colonoscopy last year and all was ok. I also am having discomfort in my left buttock and behind my left knee cap. Any suggestions, I am going nuts..... thanks
