fetal hydrops and downs sydrome

I had a missed miscarriage at 19 weeks, fetus was aprox. 14 1/2 weeks. Fetal hydrops was diagnosed. The autopsy report came back saying that the neck was wide and edatomos. It also said that the ears were low lying. Is it possible from this info. to guess that this could have been downs syndrome? Also I had severe hyperemesis for most of the pregnancy with the only treatment being repeated (7x) outpatient i.v. and zofran. Could chemical imbalance from malnutrition or high ketone levels have been a factor?
