I have a question. I had an eptopic pregnancy and had to have my right tube out. I am now confused about ovulation and trying to get pregnant again. I took the ovulation predictor kits last week and I did have a positive one. Does that mean that I definately could have gotten pregnant this month or could the ovary on the side i had my tube removed ovulate and therefore the egg would have no where to go? Am i still going to get a positive ovulation each month but I may not be able to get pregnant that month? So confusing. Any help would be appreciated. thanks!
