You need a repeat cone biopsy, with an ECC as well. If this original specimen was from a LEEP, there could be an argument made to wait, repeat a pap and colpo in 4 months, and hope for the best, but that is not the way I would want my mother/sister/wife/daughter treated. Likewise, I would not jump directly to hysterectomy, as a complete diagnosis has not yet been made for certain.
