I went through the exact same thing as you last September. My husband and I thought it was about time to start "trying" as well. I finished my last pill at the beginning of September and I got my period as normal that month. However, in October I was late over a week. I really thought I was pregnant and I was kinda excited (but also nervous b/c I didn't think it would happen that fast). I took a test (when I was already 5 days late) and it was negative. I still missed my period for a couple more days but eventually got it about a week and a half later. So I think it's totally normal for you to be late. Just be patient... if you still don't get your period within a week, go and see your doctor and check things out. Anyhow, best of luck to you. I hope for your sake that you are pregnant.
