It does work for some for whatever reason. It didn't work for me, made mine worse, and made my breasts so sore I could wear a bra for a week. The lightheadedness does go away eventually. Estrace vaginal creme worked for mine VERY well. I only use it twice a week. It is a natural estrogen.
