Hello Lil, You can try the "renound, everybody tries it,get the book by john lee, progesterone creme". It does work for some for whatever reason. It didn't work for me, made mine worse, and made my breasts so sore I could wear a bra for a week. The lightheadedness does go away eventually. Estrace vaginal creme worked for mine VERY well. I only use it twice a week. It is a natural estrogen. Site that might help would be http://www.earlymenopause.com Even if it hasn't hit you early, they have great advice. Best of luck.
