You're right I should be seeing my OBGYN rather than going to the ER however my dr is so booked up he can't always squeeze me in at the last minute. I understand just how busy he is so I don't try to push him to see me much sooner than my appointment date which is three weeks from now. The ER doctor took some culture from my vagina similiar to what a GYN does during a pap. At first he said it could of been a yeast infection then the test results came back from the lab stating I have BV. I'm glad to hear BV doesn't cause miscarriages. You and another doctor on here have said the same thing. I read some medical articles on the internet that state it does indeed cause miscarriages but I'm glad to hear it doesn't. Once again thanks for your response.
