Normal Hormone Information

Does anyone know of a good place to find information on Hormones that occur during the menstrual cycle? I am 32 years old, with Endometriosis and Infertility, no children.

I know all the hormones FSH, LH, Estrogen, Progestone etc.... but what I'm looking for are the levels that are considered normal during the different phases of the cycle.

I know my hormones are out of balance but my doctor is not forth coming with just how out of balance I am or how it is effecting me physically. All they do is spit out a number and tell me that it is not good or doesn't make sense.

Any websites, books, people to talk to, anything would be greatly appreciated.
