It can be done by a vascular surgeon or by an OB. 3. I cannot tell you the exact amount of blood that flows to the uterine artery. But, what I can tell you for sure is that you have lost a great amount of blood because, as you said, the uterus is extremely vascular. 4. Bladder tears are not very common. 5. Probably, the labor induction drugs had no effect on the outcome.
