Hi all. 5 years ago I had abdominal surgery to remove a cystic fallopian tube and ovary. never had regular periods before, but now, my body is not predicatable at all. I am spotting between periods and I feel hard scar tissue on my right side. Could this be causing adhesions and the spotting? My pap smear, done Nov was normal.
