Previous message: anon: "yeast infection and topical antibiotic" I have been having the colon spasms for a while especially before my period, but I just recently had a tubilgation and everything seems to be alright. They used the rubber band method around my tubes, then it dies off, but my main concern is the colon pain deep into the butt really hurts sharp, sharp shooting pains all the time now. I'm actuall in tears at times. I went to the doctor and she wants to do th sigmoidoscopy on the 19th of this month. What if everthing is alright when they look in there, but I'm still having this pain? whay is causing this? is it food I eat? trapped gas? constipation? which I do take stool sofeners, and drink medamucil to smooth that situation out.
