The remaining ovary should be able to produce enough hormones, etc. You didn't tell us when you had the surgery. Have you had your post-op visit yet? You need to discuss with your doctor why he took the ovary out and what he saw. Also, ask to get a copy of the pathology report, that way you will have it in front of you so you can do research.
