I am embarassed to ask this but I need to know so that I can take my Clomid on the proper days. How much blood loss is needed to be considered your first day of your cycle? Yesterday I had bright red spotting with a bowel movement and then today I had red discharge during a trip to the bathroom. But I don't need a tampon or even a pad. Should I wait for full flow to consider it my 1st cycle day?
