I experience extreme pain starting in my groin moving up my left side to my flank area, between my ribs and hip bone, in the soft part of my side. Is this the pain of the endometriosis on my ureter? I was ok after my Oct.'02 laparoscopy until today, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I also have GERD and so my doctor prescribed me Relafen, 2 500mg pills 2x/day, not working at all. I plan on starting birth contol during my next cycle... So I guess what I would like to know if this left flank pain can be caused by the endo on my ureter?
