Reply: Marisa Geller MD: "Re: getting off bcp's and pregnancy..." I stopped taking orthotricyclene on Nov 27th. I had a period on Dec. 2nd and then again on Dec 31st. Now that it is Jan 31st, I still have not gotten my period. Should I be concerned about pregnancy or is this just because of coming off the pills? I thought since I had 2 periods already, they would continue to come on time. Before the pill I had normal 28 day cycles, and I had been on the pill for 5 months. Also, I am 22 and have had no pregnancies.Thanks!
