PMS Symptoms changingFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netThu, 30 Jan 2003 17:30:30 -0600 (CST)
I am 26, prior to my periods I had anovulatory periods for a year which caused severe cramping and migraines I have also had a miscarriage(age 15), 1 premature birth(age 17), and 1 full term birth(5years ago). My question is, since my last child my cycle has been every 6 weeks to 4 months depending on my stress level. But each time my symptoms change. Every time I have a period the symptoms will start anywhere from a week to 2 weeks prior, which I know is not unusual, but they seems to get more like early pregnancy each time. My breasts swell, get very sore and tend to leak, I have migraines lasting the entire time, my belly starts itching, discharge smell and consistency changes, and I get the heavy feeling in my abdominal area that comes with early pregnancy, also sometimes vomitting. My boyfriend has had a vasectomy, so I know I'm not pregnant each time, but they are just annoying. I cannot take birthcontrol due to the nasty side-effect it gives me. Is there anything natrual that anyone knows of to reduce some of these symptoms, especially the migraines, they get so bad I can't work. Thanks in advance
