Can you please clarify the answer to my question below? Is it the pill with the most estrogen effect or the pill with the least progestational effect? The sentence is unclear, it implys both??? BTW, I tried Yasmine last year and the dryness was the worst it has been on any pill, and I had to urinate all the time...pharmacist told me the diuretic effect in Yasmine caused this. My doctor than switched me to Mircette, which I ceased taking in August 02 after 6 months, in November 02 my acne returned, so last week I went to a clinic and they gave me Alesse. If the Mircette would be better for my dryness side effect I would cough up the dough to see a Doctor again, though my health insurance has lapsed (That's why I went to the clinic). Sex is an important part of my life, so the dryness really bugs me.

Thanks so much for your help. >
