Please see your orthopedist or neurosurgeon right away if this is not related to gyn. Low back pain and incontinence of any kind can be a sign of severe disc problems in the spine. Something called cauda equina syndrome is a distant possibility. .So is a mere sciatica. A lot of things in between there for dx. The pain you describe directly corrolates with a spinal problem. I have had rectocele and it can not cause the pain down the leg like you are describing. An MRI would be of utmost help in determining what is wrong with the spine. I have spinal problems, and it sounds EXACTLY like it. There is lot of info you can gather on the symptoms you are having at http://neuro-mancer.mgh.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi Look under spinal disorders forum. Hope it helps. Please let me know. The pain can be excruciating. I hope this is a simple sciatica treated with bed rest and ice!:0) Hugs to you. Joyce joyneau@hotmail.com
