This sounds like muscle pain Fibrocystic change of the breast is very closely related to Xanthine intake. 2 very common sources of xanthines are caffeine and chocolate. Dietary restriction of xanthines is usually alot more effective than Vit. E intake I have a mammogram every year I am 53. I take 400 u of vitamin E daily should I increase it to 800 u
