It is "possible" but exquisitely unlikely. Most OCP's will lead to lighter periods. Some will cause some of the premenstrual like symptoms that you are describing. A call to your GYnecologist would be in order. After asking a few more questions, he/she might want to switch you to a diferent pill or maybe not depending on several things.
