It very well could be. But let me tell you, I went thorugh that damn 5 hour hypogycemia test for nothing.I have the same symptoms as you from menopause. When I eat something, I feel better.Dr said it is much like drinking hot tea when you are upset and expecting it to calm you down [for some of us]. He says it is 'expected to work' so it does. The mind is a wonderful thing! He also said that sometimes when our bodies are acting this way, food is a natural way of distracting whatever the body is concentrating on and switch the focus to digestion or something familiar. There is a site that lists all symptoms that are possible for perimenopause[early peri and late meno], that I think you would find interesting. http://www.earlymenopause.com Lots of info! I stopped feeling like I was alone experiencing all of this stuff. Best of luck. hope you find your answers soon! Joyce joyneau@hotmail.com
