Why are you so adamant about taking something made from horse urine that is not natural to your body? You wold be better advised to switch to a topical estrogen (patch) and natural progesterone cream to balance the estrogen. The patches generally use a natural (bio-identical) estrogen which is less likely to cause side effects and is easier for your body to control. Dr. John Lee has a really good book on menopause that explains all about these various hormones and how they work in our bodies. You might feel more comfortable making this decision with a little more knowledge under your belt.
