A: Fibroids are not malignant. B: The thickness of the endometrium varies with the stage of the menstrual cycle. We don't know what is normal or abnormal for a premenopausal woman. In a postmenopausal woman, if it is less than 3 mm, she does not have cancer. The obverse is not true.
