Pimples Under Breast

Hi,

I have very large breasts, and about a year after the birth of my son ( 9 years ago) I have noticed the increase of small white "pimple" like things on my under breast, now I do use powder to help control the moisture, and my I took the greast advice of my mother who was also large breasted, and do change my bra every day. Every once in a while one will get slightly infected and I'll use an antibiotic on it, it takes months to clear up but it does.

Its not painful, and if they are squeezed, a small amount of white ooze comes out, or what looks like a little hair. it is only on the undersides of my breasts not on top - nor anywhere else on my body. I'm convinced that it must because its so moist and no air exposure there, but there is nothing I can do about that except perhaps a breast reduction ( im 5 ft and wear a 4f G bra)

I though it might be some type of yest infection, but its not rash like, just pimply. and looks nothing like the pictures I see on the internet.

Does anyone else have this issue? How do you clear this up?
