Go to another one, insist on a pelvic exam, colorectal exam, and an ultrasound. Depending on the ultrasound results you may need some further tests. If ultrasound is inconclusive, insist on further tests. If I were you I would want to rule out ovarian cancer first. Then go to a GI doc.
