Been on Levlen ED continuously for 2 years

Hi there I have a question I would like some help with. I have stopped my periods for about 2 years now by taking first Nordette 28 and then Levlen ED continuously. In other words, not taking the 7 sugar pills. The reason I chose to do this is because my periods are painful and make me feel physically ill. Prescription painkillers are the only thing that helps during this time and I would have to take a couple of days off work every month when I got my period. So, my question is could this be harmful to my health? Or future chances of becoming pregnant (I'm only 22 now!)? Any advice would be appreciated. I am going to have to see a doctor soon as I am vegetarian and have become very tired lately and I need to sort out my iron levels, and I know the first question asked will be "when did you last have your period?" and I'm a bit embarrassed to say 2 years ago!! Thankyou for your help!!
