THANK YOU for helping >me. culture for chlamydia is not usually accurate,, however, although, immunoassay for antigens and genitic methods could help, there are other pathogenes like mycoplasma and ureaplasma infection can cause these symptoms, there detection is currently impractical. I suggest to test vaginal pH and if >4.5 try to use acidic wash and Doxycycline could help
