I should have stated that better. The dysplasia can go away if it's mild sometimes, that's why if you have a bad pap they do a repeat in 3 mos. or so, and see if it regressed on it's own, or like in my case they do cryo and hope it doesn't reoccur. I'll always have HPV, just maybe not dysplasia or condylomas. Sorry if I confused you.
