Hi, i'm 21 and i've been with the same partner for 2 years. At the beginning of our intimacy, i came down with chronic UTI's and vaginal infections. Finally they cleared up after 4 months of repeated anitbiotics. And i was tested for gonorreah and chlamydia and they said i didn't have it. Well, i continued to still feel like i had a UTI and i had NO infection anymore. So based on that and a cystoscopy-hydrodistention, i was diagnonsed with Interstitial Cystitis. Since the beginning, i've had this green-yellow discharge. When i got rid of the BV it was there but it stopped having an odor with it.
-- Now, i'm supposedly free of infection and i still have this yellow-green odorLESS thick discharge, along with normal discharge. And during sex it's normal. And i've been to the GYN tons of times and they all say it's normal. They have done Chlamydia tests 3 times, but should it be different than just a culture to have it accurate? What do i need to do b/c they aren't as eager to get to the bottom of this as i am. Maybe i don't even have IC and it's just a vaginal infection that hasn't been found??????!!! What do i need to tell them to do? Please help and thanks for your time.
