Is it only a certain time of the month? Left or right side? If it's the right, maybe appendicitis. When I started having pain w/ intercourse it did it twice and felt like I was being stabbed in my abdomen and vaginal area and then started a bloody discharge. And then had lots of abdom. pain on left side and then went to both sides. They thought it was either a cyst (which it was) or PID. They did the sonogram and it wasn't PID thankfully and it actually showed a cyst about 4.5 cm. That was last Feb. and I still have pain in my abdominal area throughout the month which is being "treated" by BCP's but still have the problem off one week and on the other or whenever it feels like it. On a side not, I also have HPV. One doctor after my abnormal pap said to give it a couple months, other doctor, gave me a repeat and said cryotherapy. Hopefully it'll go away on it's own. The only other thing I had a problem with having intercourse and pain was vaginal infections. And after I got treated for those (BV and yeast), I stopped having the problem but it was during and after sex so...
