I deciced to have a natural miscarriage and avoid the d&c. On October 17th I began to bleed and went back to see the doctor on the 31st and was told I should see my regular cycle in 4-6 weeks. At that time my hcg levels were 400. Now here it is December 28th and I have not seen my cycle yet and my hormones are down to 45. What scares me the most is the doctor I saw on Friday told me that what is happening to me is NOT NORMAL but they don't know what to do but wait two more weeks and check the hormones again. I asked for a d&c or maybe even the medicine that makes your uterus contract but was told to just wait. Has this happened to anyone before?
