I had 2 periods as a result. This month, I am 3 weeks late. The first day of my last period was November 8. I should have started my next period around December 8. I have had spotting for a couple weeks now, also some cramping. All in all, I feel like I'm going to start any time, but still nothing. I took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative. Should I be concerned?
