THE RT OVAR IS MARKEDLY HYPOECHOIC AND CYSTIC ON APPEARANCE WITH INTERNAL NEOPLASM. THE LEFT OVARY IS ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY ENLARGED AT 6.3 X 6 X 6.2 CM TRANSVERSELY. HOWEVER, THE LEFT OVARY HAS ECHOTEXTURE MORE CONSISTENT WITH A SOLID TUMOR, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SEVERAL HYPO TO ANECHOIC AREAS WITHIN THE LEFT OVARY. NO FREE FLUID IS IDENTIFIED WITH THE PELVIS.
