My OB strongly recommends another c-section. I would like to attempt VBAC, but only if the risk is not higher than studies show. I am concerned about the size of my unicornate uterus being smaller than normal and the skin around the scar thin. My daughter weighed 6 pounds, not a big baby. I don't know about the weight of this baby.

you have two problems, unicornate uterus and previous C-section,conduction of normal labour with unicornate uterus is susptible to abnormal uterine action with unpredicatble progress during the first stage with a high possibility of emergency c-section.
