Tanvir, I have dealt with the same findings last fall and Asem is on the right path. I would advise your sister to have a gyn-oncologist either oncall or partcipating in the surgery. My tumors were so complexly(is this word???) mounted in me that if my gyn was to complete the whole surgery, I would have lost everything....ovaries and all. There is several options if the mass is cancerous....hysterectomy,chemo, radiation, etc. It all depends on the individual case so I was told. I wish your sister good luck!
