Lowest estrogen pills

I took this I think Harvard quiz on the net for predicting breast cancer. It granted was for mostly age 40 and up people, but said that I was at above average risk for breast cancer. I have been on Triphasil (except for one year of OrthoTricyclen) for about five years and none of my immediate family has breast cancer, although I am told there have been other relatives that have it. I love the pill because my periods are much more regular and I don't have bad cramps anymore, but I am concerned about the increased risk of breast cancer. I guess what I am getting at is whether there is a pill with a lower dose of estrogen that might be better or if Triphasil is a lower dose estrogen pill. I will also ask my gyno about this when I see her again but my next appointment is not until June so I would just like to ease my mind in the meantime.
