It was slight (I could only feel it when I pressed down on the area). It went away after a week. Now, I am experiencing the same pain once again. Both times it has occured the week or so before my period. I have no other symptoms, and if I didn't press on my side, I wouldn't even know it's there. Does this sound like Mittelschmertz, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, or something worse?
