This is right: every woman taking pill should have a "spare pack" for problems like diarrhea and vomiting (another pill is indicated within 12 hours from the episode). In your case, since the diarrhea episodes where within one hour from taking the pill maybe there was no need to do that but don't worry, there is, at the same time, no possibility to trigger ovulation.
