3rd time posted- breast lump question for the docs

I recently came off HRT after 2 1/2 years. I have had lumpy breasts. About 2 years ago I had a small lump and had a biopsy by a very good breast surgeon who just retired. Anyhow , the needle biopsy was neg. This lump changed and my Gyn took it out- was fine. Now I have another- very small-R outer quadrant of breast. I had diagnostic mammo and US- both neg. My doc says I have lumpy breasts. Should I have this out? He doesn't seem worried. I have a friend that they just watched her lump (different docs) and then she had cancer. This makes me nervous. Thanks for some help with this. Anne
