After a bowel movement today.. I washed myself and found a clear mucus discharge on the paper NO blood.. I had to wash again to get rid of it. This happened once before over a year ago but then there was a tinge of blood. I have no unusual abdominal pain, and my bowel movements are regular. Could this be something I ate? should I see a doctor?
